Budi, an autistic person, and his family come to Jakarta to try their luck. He tries to keep his promise to buy new clothes for his children, Ratih and Iyan, if they are able to fast for a full month during Ramadan. Fate speaks another. The bicycle used to go around selling ornamental fish was hit by a car carrying a rich man. As Eid was approaching, Iyan suddenly fell down with dengue fever and had to be treated at a health foundation. Budi still believes he can keep his promise. Budi got a job as a construction worker tens of kilometers from his house. When he returned to the health foundation to pick up his wife and children and at the same time complete the payment.

As his father is released from prison, Gilang, a famous singer decides to accept his father back into his life. But deep down, he is frustrated with his own father.

The Story The story begins in a remote village whose community lives in harmony like one big family. Regardless of their race, they all help and respect one another. On the day they receive the arrival of a dome for their small mosque (collected from all the villagers), they also receive the arrival of a woman, Dara, who previously worked there. All the villagers' attention is directed towards a young man named Wadud, whom they all know had once been in love with that woman.
